We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. All orders are shipped via Canada Post across Canada excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut. Please contact us regarding other shipping methods for these provinces.
We ship to the United States, a STANDARD FLAT SHIPPING RATE has been applied. (Subject to change).
International shipping is available. Please contact us for shipping costs.
We are all about speed and we will try our best to get your order out the same day if placed prior to 1pm EST (Monday through Friday). However, some custom orders may take up to 5 business days. If an order is delayed and not shipped by the end of the business week (Friday), it will be shipped the following Monday (or first business day) upon our return.
Shipping rates - A standard shipping rate via Canada Post has been applied to each products depending on weight and size. You may select express shipping (1 -3 days) for an additional cost. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
During promotional events, holiday seasons, and new product releases, the time it takes us to process and ship your order may increase by up to seven business days. During this time, we will do our best to fulfill orders as fast as humanly possible. During this time please bear in mind, if you pay extra to have your order sent Express Mail, this does not guarantee or imply a quicker processing time. The Xpress Shipping fee means that your order will arrive quicker to you once it has been dropped off/picked up by Canada Post.
In the event the shipping method selected and paid for at checkout does not in fact cover the charges for that method, we reserve the right to downgrade your shipping selection and refund any differences. We also reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
If you order an item that is custom made (Cigar Boxes) your order will ship in its entirety once your custom order is complete . If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please reply to your order email letting us know.
If your order is returned to us with the reason of unclaimed or insufficient address, you will be required to pay again for the postage costs to have the order re-mailed.
If your order is delivered to an incorrect address (incorrectly put into system by you during the order process), we are not responsible to replace those items without receiving the funds necessary to replace the products/shipping.
Please ensure you double check your shipping address prior to completing your orders to prevent any subsequent charges for returned or lost mail.
Should your shipment be lost in transit, a replacement package will be mailed. Replacement packages will only be mailed one-time, to customers who have never had a lost package claim with Brass + Morgan. If you have had a lost package claim while shopping with Brass + Morgan, we suggest that you either select a traceable method of shipment (please email us for shipping costs) or have your next orders shipped to a different address. We will only be responsible for one (1) replacement package during the lifespan on your Brass + Morgan store account and in the event that your replacement is lost as well, Brass + Morgan reserves the right to withhold any amount spent on your original order to cover the replacement/shipping costs.
